Delivery of orders starting from 20EUR costs between 3EUR to 10EUR, and is delivered by courier to a convenient post office selected by the customer. Delivery time usually takes around 1-5 business days. During holiday periods, it can take up to 1-7 days.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products delivered to you and want to return or exchange them, or if not all or the wrong products have been delivered, please contact us at email@example.com. When contacting us regarding poor product quality, it is mandatory to provide a photo of the defective product.
Money for defective or undelivered goods will be transferred to your bank account from which you paid for the purchase no later than 10 working days after the complaint is submitted.

The product is disliked for taste and texture.
